Your happiness is our priority, and whilst we hope that you are happy with your order from PEEKAROO. We understand that it may be tricky when it comes to choosing a perfect fit apparel when purchasing online.

7 days easy return

PEEKAROO is offering 7 days easy return/exchange policy as a protection for all customers. If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item, you may return your item and a CREDIT VOUCHER will be refunded for your next purchase after we received your return parcel. You may use it to purchase your preferred item or exchange your item for a different size.

Which items are not eligible for return and exchange?

All promotion items, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable & non-exchange items are not allowed for return and exchange.

What should I do if I wish to request for exchange/refund?

Exchange/Refund request must be made within 7 working days start from the date when your order has been completely delivered to your doorstep.

All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and unworn with the tag attached, packed in original packaging. Item which does not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.

A return shipment tracking number should also be made available to the PEEKAROO Team via Email.

How about the shipping cost?

Buyers are responsible for returning parcel. ALL related exchange/refund shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. PEEKAROO will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

What is Exchange/Refund Credit Voucher?

Credit voucher is a code specifically generated for buyer as exchange/refund store credit for the next purchase. 

The value of the credit voucher will be equal to the price of return product(s). In the case when a discount promo code has been applied, the value of the credit voucher should be equal to the discounted product’s price.

The validity of the credit voucher is 90 days. Buyer could apply the credit voucher code at the checkout session of new purchase as usual.

Few notes for the Exchange & Return
  • Return can only be done one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
  • Exchanges of design, size and/or colour after payment had been made is strictly not allowed.
  • We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s)are allowed.
  • We do not honour any walk-in returns.
  • A Defective Product is an imperfection in a product that has a manufacturing or design defect. Damage that is a result from misuse, normal wear and tear or damage occurred during storage is not considered defective.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
