Warranty Coverage

YOME school bags are covered by a 180-day warranty with a one-to-one exchange, commencing from the date of purchase, upon successful online warranty registration.

To activate the 180-day warranty, buyers must:

• Purchase an eligible YOME school bag on or after 1 February 2026.
• Complete the online warranty registration at:
  https://peekarookids.com/register-my-yome-bag/
• Submit a valid proof of purchase during registration.

Warranty registration is required to activate the 180-day warranty.

Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from, including but not limited to:

• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Failure to follow proper care or maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidents, drops, or external impacts
• Abrasion, scratches, or cosmetic damage
• Exposure to extreme temperatures or environmental conditions
• Contact with corrosive chemicals or harmful substances
• Unauthorised repairs, alterations, or modifications

Replacement Policy

• If a product is determined to have a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, YOME will, at its sole discretion, replace it with a new product of the same model or, if unavailable, a comparable model of equivalent value.
• Warranty replacement is limited to one (1) replacement per registered product.
• Replacement products do not restart or extend the original warranty period.

Return & Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for returning the product for inspection or warranty assessment.
• All shipping and transportation costs related to warranty claims or product exchanges shall be borne by the buyer.
• YOME shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return transit.

Transfer of Ownership

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty will become void if the product is resold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another owner.

Exclusions

The warranty will be void if:

• The product information or proof of purchase has been altered or cannot be verified.
• The product has been intentionally damaged or misused.
• The defect is caused by reasons not related to manufacturing defects.

Final Decision

YOME reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims and make the final decision regarding warranty eligibility, product replacement, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
